1. Agreement to Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the WA Client Pro Chrome Extension (“the Service,” “the Extension”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developers of WA Client Pro.

2. Description of Service

WA Client Pro is a software tool provided as a Chrome Extension that enhances the functionality of WhatsApp™ Web. It provides Customer Relationship Management (CRM) features, including but not limited to, the ability to save contacts to your Google Contacts and schedule events in your Google Calendar directly from the WhatsApp Web interface.

3. Third-Party Services

The Service depends on the functionality of third-party platforms, namely WhatsApp and Google. WA Client Pro is an independent software and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with WhatsApp LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., or Google LLC. Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or any changes made to WhatsApp or Google services, which may affect the performance of our Extension.

4. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

5. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for your conduct and data while using the Service. You agree not to:

  • Violate the terms of service of WhatsApp or Google. This includes, but is not limited to, sending spam, bulk messages, or engaging in automated messaging that violates their policies.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Extension.
  • Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.
  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

Violation of these terms may result in the immediate termination of your access to the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service itself (including its name, logo, code, and design) are and will remain the exclusive property of its developers. Your data, including your contacts and calendar events, remains your own property.

7. Termination

You may terminate this agreement at any time by simply uninstalling the Extension from your browser. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT IT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPERS OF WA CLIENT PRO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the developers of WA Client Pro from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of and access to the Service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Agartala, Tripura.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
